A summery pear cocktail with gin and vermouth.
- 30ml dry vermouth
- About 10 ice cubes
- 65ml gin
- 70ml pear juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pour the vermouth into a cocktail shaker with half the ice. Shake it around a bit and divide between two martini glasses. Swirl around the glasses to coat them, then pour away.
- Refill the shaker with the remaining ice and add the gin, pear and lemon juices. Shake vigorously and immediately strain into the vermouth-coated glasses.
- Preparation time: 5 minutes
