Pear martinis

A summery pear cocktail with gin and vermouth.

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2


  • 30ml dry vermouth
  • About 10 ice cubes
  • 65ml gin
  • 70ml pear juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Pour the vermouth into a cocktail shaker with half the ice. Shake it around a bit and divide between two martini glasses. Swirl around the glasses to coat them, then pour away.
  2. Refill the shaker with the remaining ice and add the gin, pear and lemon juices. Shake vigorously and immediately strain into the vermouth-coated glasses.
