1 Waitrose Ciabatta loaf
1 tbsp pesto
2 x 125g essential Waitrose Mozzarella balls
3 essential Waitrose Tomatoes
50g Cooks’ Ingredients Pepperoni Slices
Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cut in half a Waitrose Ciabatta loaf then halve again horizontally. Place the 4 pieces on a large baking tray. Spread each piece with 1 tbsp pesto.
Slice 2 x 125g essential Waitrose Mozzarella balls and 3 essential Waitrose Tomatoes and stack alternately on top of the bread. Top with 50g Cooks’ Ingredients Pepperoni Slices and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
