Phili club burger

Ingredients

2 Aberdeen Angus Beef Quarter Pounders
4 slices smoked back bacon
2 tbsp Philadelphia Light Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
6 slices Hovis Seed Sensations Soft Granary Batch Bread, toasted
2 tomatoes, sliced
½ x 25g pack basil, shredded

Method

1 Place the burgers on a foil lined grill pan and cook for 5 minutes under a preheated grill. Turn and add the bacon to the pan and grill for 5 minutes, then turn again and cook for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the burgers are fully cooked throughout, then slice.

2 Spread the cream cheese over 4 slices of toast, top 2 with the sliced burgers, and place the other 2 cream cheese-spread slices on top. Next layer on the tomatoes and bacon and sprinkle with basil, then add the final pieces of toast on top. Cut in half and serve.
