A British favourite – but in a sandwich! All the classic components of a ploughman’s in layers of toasted bread to make this into a ‘club’. Serve alongside crisps, or with chips for a more substantial meal

3 slices Warburtons Toastie Thick Sliced White Bread
1 tbsp Waitrose Apple & Walnut Chutney
50g Anchor Mature Cheddar Cheese, cut into slices
1 pickled onion, sliced
1 tbsp mayonnaise
½ stick celery, diced
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
Small handful essential Waitrose Mixed Salad
1. Toast the Warburtons Toastie Thick Sliced White Bread. Spread 1 piece of toast with the chutney, top with the cheese slices and sprinkle with pickled onion slices.
2. Spread the mayonnaise over the remaining 2 slices of toast and place 1 on top of the cheese, mayonnaise facing up. Sprinkle with celery, tomatoes and salad then top with the final slice of toast, mayonnaise facing down. Cut in half, secure with a cocktail stick and serve.
