    Pork with apple and mustard sauce

    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    1 tbsp oil
    2 essential Waitrose British Pork Loin Steaks, trimmed
    1 essential Waitrose Braeburn Apple, cored and sliced
    1-2 tsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
    170ml tub essential Waitrose Soured Cream

    To serve

    Frozen essential Waitrose Roast Potatoes
    Frozen essential Waitrose Extra Fine Whole Green Beans

    Method

    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the pork for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally until the pork is cooked throughout. Remove and keep warm.

    2. Add the apple to the pan and fry for 3 minutes until golden and softened. Stir in the mustard, soured cream, a dash of water and seasoning and heat through for 1-2 minutes.

    3. Pour over the pork and serve with the roast potatoes and green beans.
