Pork with lentil, soya bean & broccoli salad

2 x 300g pack pork loin steaks, trimmed
150g broccoli florets
150g frozen soya edamame beans
250g pouch Waitrose Love Life Puy Lentils
Zest and juice of 1 lime
½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil  


1. Put the pork on a rack under a preheated grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through with no pink meat and the juices run clear.

2. Cook the broccoli and soya beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and cool under cold water. Drain and put in a bowl. Cook the lentils according to pack instructions and add to the broccoli.

3. Whisk together the lime zest, juice and oil, and tip into the broccoli. Season and serve with the pork.
