Pork and mushrooms

Ingredients

500g essential Waitrose British Pork Fillet
1 tbsp vegetable oil
a 200g pack Waitrose Button Mushrooms
1 tsp dried oregano
a 400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Mushroom Soup
250g pack Waitrose Green Beans

Method

Cut 500g essential Waitrose British Pork Fillet into 8 pieces and season. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan and fry the pork for 5 minutes.

Add a 200g pack Waitrose Button Mushrooms and 1 tsp dried oregano and fry for a further 3 minutes.

Add a 400g can essential Waitrose Cream of Mushroom Soup and cook for another 5 minutes until the pork is cooked. Serve with rice and 250g pack Waitrose Green Beans.
