Prawns with braised udon noodles

25g sachet Itsu Miso
Soup paste
150g Clearspring Brown
Rice Udon Noodles
1 red pepper, sliced
235g pack pak choi, shredded
180g pack raw jumbo
king prawns
1. Dissolve the miso paste in 700ml boiling water and add the noodles, pepper and white parts of the pak choi. Cook, partly covered, for
7 minutes.
2. Add the prawns and green parts of the pak choi and cook for 3 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the noodles are tender.
