Everyone is working hard these days and wants a little luxury but without the wastline inches. This is a way of getting your cheesecake and eating it for a little worthy self indulgence during the work week.
Crush the digestive biscuits using the back of a spoon or a food processor. Combine well with the cream cheese. Divide the mixture in half. Put each half in a mound on a dessert plate and press down into a rough circle. Spoon a tablespoon of yoghurt over each biscuit base, drizzle over a teaspoon of honey and sprinkle lime zest to taste.
