Raspberry & ginger fizz

Ingredients

Crushed ice
100ml Waitrose Raspberry And Pear Cordial
2 lemons
200g fresh raspberries
2 x 500ml bottles Fever-tree Premium Ginger Beer 

Method

1. Half fill a large jug with crushed ice, and stir in the cordial and the juice of 1 lemon.

2. Thinly slice the remaining lemon and add to the jug with the raspberries. Pour in the ginger beer, stir and serve.

Cook’s tip

Frozen berries would work just as well as fresh in this recipe.
