Frozen raspberries make this wintry cocktail nicely chilled, while ginger ale gives it a kick.
12 frozen raspberries
25ml fresh lime juice
1 tsp caster sugar
A few ice cubes
- Put 12 frozen raspberries into a blender with 50ml vodka, 25ml fresh lime juice, 1 tsp caster sugar and, if your blender can stand it, a couple of ice cubes (otherwise, add ice to the drink afterwards).
- Blitz until smooth, then pour into two tall glasses. Top up with ginger beer, stir and serve.
