Sausage, cabbage & roastie hash

Ingredients

500g Waitrose Frozen Roast Potatoes with Goose Fat or frozen essential Waitrose Roast Potatoes
1 tbsp oi
1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
454g pack essential WaitroseBritish Pork Sausagemeat
250g essential Waitrose Savoy Cabbage, shredded

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Roast the potatoes for 25 minutes then roughly chop.

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and sausagemeat, broken into small pieces, for 7-8 minutes until browned.

3. Cook the cabbage in boiling water for 6-7 minutes then add to the sausagement with the chopped potatoes.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Season to taste.
