Summer time is the time to treat yourself to something fantastically yummy and indulgent, but with the minimal effort .This dessert from the Seriously range, is guaranteed to suceed!


  • Biscuit Base;
    30g butter
    30g plain chocolate
    100g chocolate digestive biscuits, crushed with a rolling pin

    Chocolate filling;
    125g plain chocolate
    2 eggs seperated

    Chocolate meringue top;
    2 egg whites
    50g granulated sugar
    50g caster sugar


  1. Base; Melt butter and chocolate, add crushed biscuits. Mix. Put in loose based flan tin (20cm), and press down. Chill. Chocolate filling; Melt chocolate, add the 2 egg yolks. Mix . Whisk the egg whites, until soft peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Pour into tin . Chill. Meringue; Whisk egg whites until stiff. Add gran.sugar and whisk til stiff. Fold in caster sugar. Use to create a circle on baking tray. Bake 2 hours at 100c. Place on top of chocolate filling.
