simple, rich and satisfyingly decadent :)
50g Good quality dark orange chocolate - I use Green&black's Maya Gold.
150ml double cream
2tbsp orange liqueur - optional
mix the cream and liqueur if using
while the cream is heating - break the chocolate into a bowl
when the cream is hot - add to the chocolate and mix until you have a smooth ganache.
divide between serving dishes and chill to set
could be decorated with grated chocolate or candied orange zest
