  • 150g Green & Black's Maya Gold chocolate
    6 eggs, separated
    whipped cream and fresh raspberries to decorate


  1. Break up the chocolate and melt in a bowl over hot water. Add the egg yolks and beat until smooth. Fold in the stiffly-beaten egg whites. Spoon into dishes and leave to set in the refrigerator. Decorate with whipped cream and top each with a fresh raspberry
