Lovely chocolate and mint dish, it makes a very nice change from the usual cream and chocolate puddings that you can buy.
Always a lovely supise from people who have eaten it and gone on for seconds and thirds if they are lucky!
15og crushed bourbon biscuits
50 melted butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
8 fl oz milk
8oz double cream
25 white marsh mallows
3 tablespoons creme de menthe
Crush biscuits combine with melted butter and warmed syrup press into a dish lining the sides and base.
Heat the milk, add marsh mallows stir until melted.
Combine whipped cream with creme de menthe
Fold into milk mixture
Pour into base chill
Decorate with grated chocolate
