Seriously Chocolatey Peanut butter, caramel and chocolate indulgence

Flour-less cake base, very dense, thick and chocolatey. Topped with a creamy marcarpone based cream, including generous helpings of peanut butter and caramel.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

Peanut butter is my favourite flavour, and I especially enjoy it with chocolate and caramel - all three together could not be any more indulgent for me! I don't think we see enough peanut butter in desserts and I would absolutely love to see this on the shelves.


  • For the flour-less base, lots of eggs, butter sugar, melted chocolate/cocoa powder and ground almonds (or hazelnuts, whatever you prefer).


  1. Base - This is normally baked for a small amount of time to get a thick, gooey, rich chocolate base, however bake it a little longer on a higher heat to get a more sturdy, yet still rich base. Filling - icing sugar, marscarpone cheese, thick rich gooey caramel and generous helpings of peanut butter. Could even mix some egg yolks into the marscarpone to make it richer. Make sure it is mixed enough, but all still leaving thick dollops of caramel and peanut butter in indulgent pockets.
