It's the taste itself, rich, sweet and creamy. It also looks good.
225 grm Philadelphia cheese
150-175 grm Castor sugar
260 grm Whipping cream (whipped)
450 grm Can of crushed pineapple
12 Digestive biscuits, crushed
30 grm Butter
Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with the melted butter over a warm heat. Then layer a 24 cm flan dish with the biscuit mix including the sides. Place dish into the fridge to firm whilst making the filling.
Whip the cheese and sugar together well, fold in the whippred cream and then the well drained crushed pineapple. Spoon mixture into the flan dish and spread evenly over the biscuit base.
NB For better flavour make a day before and keep refridgerated.
