Put first 4 ingredients in pan over low heat til sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 5 mins. Soak gelantine in cold water til soft. Drain & squeeze. Remove the cream mixture & leave to cool slightly - then divide between serving dishes. Allow to cool. Meanwhile dissolve brown sugar with a little water in pan over a low heat. Then add berries and simmer gently for 2 minutes. Remove from heat & cool. Pour over the top of the pannacottas. Return to fridge til ready to serve.
