Seriously Creamy Salted caramel cheesecake

Salted caramel cheesecake on a honeycomb and biscuit base with a brittle toffee topping.

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

It is seriously sickeningly sweet and ultimately utterly delicious! The combination of the different types of caramels and toffees with add complementary textures and flavours whilst the saltyness will help balance the sickly sweetness. Mmmmmmmmm, yum PLEASE make it so I can buy it lots!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Salted caramel, cream cheese, honeycomb, oat biscuits (like hobnobs), brittle toffee slithers (the kind like glass shards), fudge pieces to give chewy texture in the caramel cheesecake, dulce de lech sauce drizzled across the top.

  1. combine the honeycomb pieces and ground biscuit pieces together with melted butter to form a biscuit base. Mix together salted caramel, cream cheese, fudge pieces, (and cream?) to for the cheesecake middle. Cover with layered brittle toffee shards and drizzle with dulce de lech sauce.
