There is not a traditional cheese cake in your range, while nice they are all American style ones with a biscuit base, so this will make a nice dessert to add to your wonderful range.
4 pints of whole milk
300g ground almonds
1tblsp of flour
1 tblsp of rennet
50g chopped almonds
bring milk to simmer (about body temp) add flour and rennet and let the milk separate. use spoon to help, strain through a muslin cloth and discard the whey. mix the almonds put in a dish and bake in oven 180 cent for 40 minutes (i think) serve with fruit and cream. but for this i would serve in ramekin with the fruit on the bottom and the cheese cake on top this is really nice yum yum
