A delicious chilled tart that contains a mixture of Peanut butter, banana, creme caramel, crushed pecan and almond nuts sitting on top of a choc chip cookie base.

The mixture of the smoothness of the creme caramel and banana against the crunchy texture of the peanut butter and almonds, all complemented by the choc chip cookie base, delicious.
1 x jar of Waitrose seriously creme caramel
3 x banana
1 x packet of choc chip chip biscuit
1 x jar of smooth peanut butter
1 x jar of crunchy peanut butter
1 x packet of almonds
1 x packet of pecan nuts
2 x scoops of castor sugar
4 x eggs
2 x egg yolks
To make the biscuit base:
Blend the choc chip cookies down to a fine biscuit base, adding butter to the mixture to hold it all together.
Blend the following ingredients to make the tart mixture:
Peanut butter (smooth and crunchy)
3 x eggs
2 x egg yolk
Pour the tart mixture on top of the choc chip base and allow it to set in the fridge for 3 hours.
