Seriously Creamy White Chocolate 7 passionfruit Truffle Pot

Creamy and smooth, with sweetness from the chocolate and sharpness from the fruit- yum!

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

Not too 'heavy', and the passionfruit adds a tropical summery feel.

Ingredients

  • 500g Double cream, boiled gently for 3 minutes.
    500g White Chocolate- gently melted.
    Juice of 4-6 Passionfruits (depending on size), sieved.
    Mix all three ingredients together, and pour into dishes to set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
    Can be topped with dark chocolate shavings to to contrast against the white choc.
