  • Ginger biscuits, butter, ground cardamom, stem ginger, cream cheese, sour cream, white chocolate, vanilla extract and crystallised ginger to decorate.


  1. Make base and chill. Add a layer of chopped ginger. Mix cheesecake ingredients, spoon over top and bake on a low heat for 45 mins. Cool, chill and decorate before serving.
