Melt butter and add crushed biscs. Mix well and put in a flan dish (I use silicone as cannot get it out very well otherwise!). Bake for 5 mins at 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 and cool. Meanwhile mix together the cream, condensed milk and zest of the orange. Beat in the juice of the orange little by litle until the mixture has thickened. Poor ontop of biscuit base and chill for a few hours until firm. Devour.
