Seriously Fruity Blackcurrant Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • blackcurrants
    Sugar to taste and for sprinkinng on top
    Creme cassis
    Double cream

Method

  1. Spread blackcurrants ( fresh or frozen ) in an ovenproof dish. Add sugar to taste and drizzle some creme cassis over the fruit, Beat the cream till stiff and spread over fruit. Heat grill till really hot. Sprinkle good amount of suage on cream and put under grill under it starts to brown. Leave for a short time for browned sugar to crisp up then serve
