Mini pavlovas with mango and lime

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

Fresh mango flavours, offset by the slight tartness from the lime.


  • Mango, lime, egg white, caster sugar


  1. Beat egg whites to a soft peak, then gradually add the caster sugar, one table spoon at a time. Once fully stiff, scoop out and bake in an oven. When cooked, cool and then add mango and lime on top.
