  • Pate Sucree Pastry - flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar
    Filling - cream cheese, sugar, double cream, touch of vanilla
    Topping - Strawberries, sugar


  1. Make a Pate Sucree pastry, press into tin and bake blind Mix together Cream cheese, sugar, a little double cream & vanilla Spread over the cooled pastry case Mix thickly sliced strawberries with a little sugar Stir occasionally, wait for a sauce to appear Spread onto the filling
