Seriously Fruity Summer Bliss

The pastry base of this Summer Bliss tart should not be too thick but at the same time of a considerable thickness so that it holds the toppings well without going soggy as does cheesecake when it defrosts and sits overnight. This desert will be a twist between cheesecake and fruit tarts. The base will consist of a pastry base then ontop will be a N.Y cheesecake filling wth a thin layer of strawberry jelly ontop and to finish, a selection of summer fruits.

    Base - Sweet pastry crust: Flour, salt, butter, sugar, egg.

    Strawberry jelly

    4th and final layer
