Seriously Fruity Tarte Tatin

It is a luxurious french tart, that sisters Tatin made by mistake. The pastery is on the top and below it the fruits (usually apple, but can be made with abricots or peaches) caramelized. It is a gorgeouse desert light so fit for all occasion (diner, party, picnic...). If we want to make it more creamy, serve it with a nice vanilla ice cream.
