Seriously Nutty Will's Brownies

Hot guey really chocolatey and really nutty

What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

The nuts add that extra crunch while the chocolate melts and oozes around it. Yum!


  • Lots of hazelnuts and cashews
    185g unsalted butter
    185g best dark chocolate
    85g plain flour
    40g cocoa powder
    50g white chocolate
    50g milk chocolate
    3 large eggs
    275g golden caster sugar


  1. 1 Melt the chocolate 2 Sieve the flour and cocoa powder 3 Chop the chocolate 4 Whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick and creamy 5 Fold the two mixtures together 6 Gently fold in the cocoa, nuts and flour using a figure of eight action 7 Pour the mixture into the prepared tin 8 Once cooled, remove the brownies from the tin and cut into triangles
