Seriously Zesty Lemon ginger crunch

  • 1/2 lb Ginger biscuits
    4 oz butter
    small can condensed milk
    Juice of 2 lemons
    Zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 pt double cream


  1. Melt the butter. Crush the biscuits; mix with melted butter & press into flan ring. Chill. Mix together condensed milk, lemon zest & juice. Lightly whip the cream and folt it in. Pour into flan case & leave in fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
