  • 284ml. carton double cream
    250g thick natural yogurt
    275g lemon curd homemade or Waitrose
    Crushed ratafia biscuits and/or pistachio nuts to decorate


  1. Whip crean to billowing folds. Fold in yogurt & lemon curd. Put into 8 small pots, I use coffee cups & refigerate for at least 2 hours. Decorate with biscuits if using whilst refigerating to allow them to soften slightly & the flavours to mingle. Add nuts just before serving.
