Smoked salmon pasta

Ingredients

150g Love Life
Wholewheat Fusilli
195g can sweetcorn, drained
100g Scottish smoked salmon, shredded
100g essential Waitrose Lighter Soft Cheese
Juice ½ lemon
100g pack watercress, thick stalks removed
 

Method

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 9–10 minutes or until tender, then drain.

2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes until the watercress has wilted.
