Smoky bean ragout

1 Romano pepper
1/ tsp smoked paprika
400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad
essential Waitrose Half Fat Creme Fraiche
1. Peel and chop 1 onion. Fry in a little oil until tender. Halve and deseed 1 Romano pepper, cut into strips then add to the onion and cook for a few minute until beginning to soften.
2. Sprinkle in ½ tsp smoked paprika, stir to coat the onions and peppers, then pour in 400g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes and 400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad (including the liquid). Season, then simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Serve on plates, over a crisp-skinned jacket potato topped with a dollop of essential Waitrose Half Fat British Crème Fraîche and a scatter of chopped, fresh coriander.
