Spaghetti with prawns, tomato and rocket

300g essential Waitrose Spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
250g pack essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved
250g frozen essential Waitrose Cooked and Peeled Prawns, defrosted
250g pack essential Waitrose Italian Ricotta
70g pack Waitrose Wild Rocket
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender, then drain and return to the pan.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. Add the prawns and ricotta and heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir into the spaghetti with the rocket.
