Speedy pork stroganoff

450g essential Waitrose British pork fillet, diced
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp essential Waitrose vegetable oil
2 essential Waitrose leeks, sliced
100ml essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
300ml tub essential Waitrose Soured Cream
essential Waitrose Easy Cook Long Grain Rice
essential Waitrose broccoli florets, to serve
1. Coat the pork in paprika and season well. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the pork for 7 minutes. Add the leeks and fry for another 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in the milk.
2. Off the heat gently stir in the soured cream and season. Serve with the cooked rice and steamed broccoli florets.
