Spiced cherry punch

500ml fresh cherry juice
250ml fresh cranberry juice
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 star anise
4 strips orange peel, to garnish
1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer then heat very gently for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, leave to infuse for 5 minutes then serve in warm glasses garnished with strips of orange peel.
