Spicy bean stew with garlic bread crust

200g frozen essential Waitrose Pea and Bean Mix
395g can essential Waitrose Red Kidney Beans in Chilli Sauce
227g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
3 essential Waitrose Garlic Bread Slices, halved
1. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC, gas mark 6. Cook the pea and bean mix in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and add to a saucepan with the kidney beans and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the parsley, if using.
2. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with the garlic bread. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
