Spicy tuna & mango salad

Serves: 2
240g pack Waitrose 1 Yellowfin 2 Tuna Steaks
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 small ripe mango, peeled and stoned
1 ripe avocado, peeled and stoned
½ red onion, finely diced
½ x 28g pack coriander, leaves roughly chopped
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
Juice of 1 lime
½ x 90g bag wild rocket leaves
1. Coat the tuna with the sesame oil and season. Heat a griddle and sear the steaks on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on your liking. Meanwhile, dry fry the sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes, until toasted, taking care not to burn them.
2. Dice the mango flesh into a bowl, repeat for the avocado. Add the onion, coriander, chilli and lime juice, and toss gently together.
3. Serve the tuna steaks on the rocket leaves. Top with the mango mixture and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
