    Spicy tomato, corn and chilli salsa dip

    Ingredients

    150g pack Waitrose Somerset Cheddar & Red Onion Hand Cooked Crisps

    For the dip:

    250g pack essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
    2 tsp balsamic vinegar
    1 fresh jalapeno, finely chopped
    195g can sweetcorn, drained
    28g pack fresh coriander, chopped

    Method

    1. For the dip: place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and serve in smaller bowls alongside the crisps.
