Spinach tortelloni salad

300g pack essential Waitrose Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni
150g essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved
50g pack Waitrose Wild Rocket
100g essential Waitrose
Cucumber, diced
3 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
25g Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved


1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and cool under cold water.

2. Toss pasta with the remaining ingredients and seasoning in a serving bowl.
