Sticky Chutney Chicken Drumsticks

3 tbsp tomato chutney
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 packs of 4 Waitrose British Free Range
Chicken Drumsticks, scored
1. Mix together all the ingredients apart from the chicken. Then place the chicken in a large, strong plastic bag (with no holes) and pour in the marinade. Squeeze the bag to coat the chicken in the marinade then seal it and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the chicken in a shallow roasting tin and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes turning once until golden and there is no pink meat. Leave to cool, then serve.
