Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 340g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Frying Steak, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1 essential Waitrose Onion, sliced
  • 300g pack essential Waitrose Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry
  • 1 whole essential Waitrose Cauliflower, leaves removed
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 25g pack Cooks' Ingredients Chives, chopped
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak and onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the vegetable stir fry and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, break the cauliflower into florets, place in a food processor and blend until it looks like rice. Place in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sesame seeds and chives.

  3. Stir the oyster sauce into the beef and cook for 1 minute. Serve with the cauliflower rice.
