Stir fried beef with curried chickpeas

Serves: 2
1 tbsp oil
210g pack Waitrose Rainbow Stir Fry
250g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Steak Stir Fry
250g pouch Jamie Oliver Curried Chickpeas
½ x 28g pack coriander, chopped
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables for 2 minutes. Add the steak and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
2. Stir in the chickpeas and 100ml water and cook for 1-2 minutes then sprinkle in the coriander and serve.
