Stir-fried meatballs with Chinese 5 Spice

Serves: 4
300g pack 20 essential Waitrose British Beef Meatballs
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice seasoning
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp plum sauce
2 nests medium egg noodles
450g bag essential Waitrose
Crunchy Vegetable Stir-Fry
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Pure
Clear Honey
1. Toss the meatballs in the 5 spice. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes on a medium heat until cooked through. Drain off excess oil, add the plum sauce and heat for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes then drain. Add the vegetable stir-fry to the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, then add the soy, honey and the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Serve topped with the meatballs and sauce.
