Sweet and sour chicken with noodles

Serves: 2
3 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ x 500g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into strips
2 tbsp oil
2 nests medium egg noodles
300g pack essential Waitrose Vegetable Stir Fry or 450g pack essential Waitrose Crunchy Vegetable Sir Fry
190g essential Waitrose Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce or any sweet & sour stir fry sauce
1. Mix the cornflour and sesame seeds with the soy sauce and 1 tbsp water, and stir in the chicken.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for 7-8 minutes until crispy and thoroughly cooked through with no pink meat. Remove and set aside.
3. Meanwhile, cook thenoodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then drain.
4. In the same frying pan, add the remaining oil and stir fry the vegetables for 4 minutes, add the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Transfer to a serving dish. Add the sauce to the pan, stir in the chicken and heat for 1 minute. Serve on top of the noodles.
