1 tbsp oil
2 essential Waitrose Scottish Salmon Fillets
190g pouch essential Waitrose Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce
150g frozen essential Waitrose Extra Fine Whole Green Beans
250g pouch Waitrose LOVE Life Spelt, Quinoa, Red Rice & Wild Rice
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon for 4-5 minutes, turning once. Add the sweet and sour sauce, beans and 50ml water and cook for a further 2 minutes until cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, microwave the spelt and rice pouch according to pack instructions and serve with the salmon.
