Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Thai Red Curry paste
  • ½ x 150g pack of Frozen Chopped Shallots
  • 1 x Galangal, slice until fragrant
  • ¼ cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • ½ x 250g sliced chestnut mushrooms
  • 2 x Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 400ml Organic Coconut Milk
  • 500ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp nam pla fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pounded 200g feather steak

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp thai red curry paste
  • Cooking time: 7 minutes to 8 minutes
  • Total time: 7 minutes to 8 minutes 10 minutes
